Kate is a registered psychologist and mediator passionate about partnering with individuals, families, and groups across the lifespan to enhance their wellbeing and move toward sustainable solutions to a wide range of concerns. Her practice is collaborative, empathetic and evidence-based. She uses an integrative approach that draws on a range of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), mindfulness, Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) as well as creative and somatic modalities. Depending on client goals and concerns being addressed, educational and coaching practices may be used.

Together, you will develop the insight and skills to help you manage and work through the problems you are experiencing. You will be sincerely listened to and supported in developing greater self-awareness, self-compassion, and targeted change.
