Counselor, Life Coach and Psychologist

Counselor, Life Coach and Psychologist
I am a final-year Psychology student at RANEPA, combining my academic training with private practice, regular supervision, and research. I am also currently training in Transactional Analysis.
What interests me most in psychology is understanding people more deeply — not only what they are feeling in the present moment, but also why certain reactions, relationship patterns, and life situations seem to repeat themselves. I am particularly interested in emotions and needs, relationships with oneself and others, personal boundaries, and the ways our earlier experiences continue to influence our present lives.
My approach brings together a scientific perspective on psychology with a deeper, psychodynamic understanding of the person. Over time, I have also come to appreciate the importance of paying attention not only to thoughts and rational explanations, but also to bodily sensations, emotional experience, the inner child, imagery, and associations — including things that may initially seem too metaphorical to be meaningful. Through my own experience and my work with clients, I have seen that these ways of exploring experience can help people notice and understand things that are sometimes difficult to reach through rational analysis alone.
At the same time, I do not like accepting psychological ideas simply because they sound convincing. I enjoy asking questions, looking for explanations, and connecting what happens in practice with psychological theory and research. I participate in psychology conferences, work on research projects, and continue my professional training alongside my studies.
In my work, I tend to be attentive, calm, and genuinely curious about the person in front of me and their experience. I do not believe that a psychologist should decide what the “right” way to live is. Instead, I see my role as helping a person explore what is happening, notice connections, and gradually understand themselves more clearly, so that their decisions can become more conscious and genuinely their own.
So far, I have completed more than 100 hours of individual counselling and regularly attend supervision. I also prefer to be transparent about being at the beginning of my professional journey. I do not have decades of experience, and I do not try to present myself as someone who has all the answers. What I do have is a strong academic foundation, ongoing professional training, regular supervision, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in the person I am working with.
I want my clients to feel that they do not need to be a “perfect client,” know exactly what to say, or already understand what is happening to them. You can come as you are, speak in your own words, and explore things gradually, at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
