I’m Anum Khan, Psychologist in Islamabad. I have 9 years of experience in psychological counselling, psychotherapy support, and mental health care. I hold an MSc in Psychology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Psychology. I provide In person and online counselling and therapy sessions in English, Urdu, and Pashto, Hindi and Punjabi including online psychological support for individuals, couples, and overseas clients.

My work focuses on depression, anxiety, stress, low mood, self-esteem, emotional difficulties, relationship concerns, couples counselling and more.

I primarily use CBT-informed techniques, REBT principles, and supportive counselling, with a client-centered and compassionate approach.

Besides, my own counselling centre in Islamabad, the psychological wellbeing, I have also worked with organizations including the Sarhad Rural Support Programme, Pakistan Red Crescent Society, and Inspire Pakistan, providing psychosocial support in community, humanitarian, refugee-support, and gender-based violence contexts.
