Art Therapist, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapist, Counseling Psychologist and Psychologist

Art Therapist, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapist, Counseling Psychologist and Psychologist
I’m a Counselling Psychologist with an MA in Counselling Psychology, and I have experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and women. Through my training and practical experience, I’ve worked with concerns such as anxiety, stress, emotional difficulties, self-esteem, grief, and everyday challenges that can sometimes feel difficult to manage on your own.
My approach to therapy is warm, supportive, and non-judgmental. I use approaches such as CBT and REBT, along with trauma-informed, grief-focused, and age-appropriate art and play-based techniques. I believe that therapy is not about telling someone what they should do, but about creating a safe space where they can openly talk, understand themselves better, and work towards meaningful change at their own pace.
I particularly enjoy working with children and adolescents and helping them understand and express their emotions in ways that feel comfortable for them. I also have experience conducting psychoeducational and mental health awareness sessions for students, parents, and school staff.
My aim is to make therapy feel like a space where you can be heard, understood, and supported without judgment.
