Art Therapist, Counseling Psychologist, Hypnotherapist and Psychologist
English-speaking psychologist based in Sofia, offering individual psychological counseling for adolescents (14+) and adults. Online psychological consultations are available worldwide, with sessions conducted in English and Bulgarian. I work with both Bulgarian and international clients, including expatriates living in Bulgaria.
I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional difficulties, relationship and intimacy challenges, self-esteem issues, procrastination, as well as significant life transitions such as bereavement, divorce, unexpected financial crises, career changes, or relocation.
In my practice, I combine classical psychoanalytic approaches and talk therapy with contemporary art therapy methods, including the bildASet method developed by psychoanalytic art therapist Antoaneta Slavova (DFKGT-certified). I also incorporate regression therapy, guided imagery hypnotherapy, and Bert Hellinger’s Family Constellations approach to explore and transform deep-rooted family dynamics, inherited patterns, and unconscious loyalties.
My most extensive experience is in regression therapy — a method I have been practicing since 2015, with more than 800 sessions conducted throughout my professional journey. I consider this one of the most profound tools for therapeutic work, as it supports clients in accessing deeper layers of their psyche, exploring unconscious patterns, and reconnecting with meaningful memories and inner resources. The approach I use facilitates a process of differentiation and liberation helping individuals distinguish between who they once were and who they are today, while releasing limiting identifications and outdated coping strategies.
I hold a Master’s degree (MA) in General Psychology from Sofia University and have completed postgraduate specialization in Sexology and Sexopathology at the Medical University of Plovdiv.
