Psychotherapist and Therapist

Psychotherapist and Therapist
If you’re reading this, you’ve already taken one of the hardest steps: recognizing that you don’t have to navigate this alone. Whether you’re just beginning to make sense of your mental health struggles or you’ve been on your healing journey for some time, my hope is to support you in building a life that feels more authentic, fulfilling, and aligned with your values.
As humans, we are shaped by the many systems and relationships that surround us– our families, cultures, communities, lived experiences, and the broader contexts in which we live. Grounded in a systemic and relational lens, my approach considers not only you as an individual but also the relationships, experiences, and aspects of your identity that have influenced your story. Together, we'll explore how these pieces connect, creating space for new perspectives and meaningful change. My hope is to support you in re-authoring your story in a safe, collaborative, and compassionate environment, guided by what matters most to you.
Previously involved in research focusing on 2SLGBTQ+ mental health outcomes, I have had the privilege to support youth and adults navigate their journey towards healing. I hold a Masters of Psychotherapy degree from the University of Guelph, where I trained in narrative solution focused practices through a client-centred, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive lens. My hope is to provide comprehensive care to all through services offered in English and Spanish.
If this approach feels aligned with what you’re looking for, I welcome you to book a free consultation.
