Cognitive-Behavioral Therapist, Counseling Psychologist, Counselor and Psychologist
Shivalika Srivastav is a Counselling Psychologist with a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from K.C. College, Mumbai, and over three years of experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults. She has supported individuals across a wide range of emotional and psychological concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, self-esteem issues, relationship difficulties, and identity-related challenges. Her practice is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and collaboration. As a queer-affirmative and trauma-informed therapist, Shivalika values creating a therapeutic environment where clients feel accepted, respected, and emotionally safe. She believes that meaningful therapy begins with understanding each person's unique experiences rather than applying the same approach to everyone. Her therapeutic work integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Modification (CBM), and Psychological First Aid. She tailors these evidence-based approaches to meet each client's individual needs, helping them develop insight, healthier coping strategies, emotional resilience, and greater psychological flexibility. Outside the therapy room, Shivalika enjoys reading, camping, and watching anime. These interests reflect her appreciation for stories, personal growth, and exploring different perspectives, qualities that naturally influence the curiosity and openness she brings into her work with clients. Whether someone is seeking support through a difficult period or looking to understand themselves more deeply, her goal is to help them feel heard, empowered, and a little less alone in the process.
