Counseling Psychologist, Marriage & Family Therapist and Psychologist

I provide online counselling to help make visible the recurring patterns that emerge in relationships, family dynamics, addictive behaviours, and decision-making processes. The goal is not to prolong the process, but to clarify the blockage and create room for movement and change.

I believe that every person's life story is unique. For this reason, I view counselling not merely as a process focused on problems, but as a collaborative journey of understanding relationships, life experiences, and decision-making processes together.

Alongside my work with clients as a psychologist, I spent many years working in international companies in the fields of team management, international operations, and corporate communication. These experiences gave me the opportunity to work across cultures and observe human behaviour within organisational settings. They have significantly enriched my perspective on work life, team dynamics, career decisions, and workplace bullying (mobbing).

**Areas of Focus**

* Relationship Dynamics

* Family and Couples Counselling

* Attachment and Addictive Behaviours

* Career and Workplace Bullying (Mobbing)

* Decision-Making Processes

I completed my undergraduate education in Psychology at Istanbul Bilgi University, where I studied in a fully English-taught programme on a full scholarship, graduating in 2012–2013. I later pursued a Master's degree in Media Psychology at Bahçeşehir University, completing my thesis and academic work in this field and graduating in 2016–2017. Between 2019 and 2020, I completed the Family Counselling Programme at Marmara University.

I continue to support my professional development through international training programmes. I have undertaken further studies through Harvard University, Johns Hopkins University, and Wesleyan University in various areas of mental health and counselling. In addition, I completed Yale University's clinical skills training in addiction treatment, further strengthening my expertise in the field of addiction.

Today, I bring together academic knowledge, corporate experience, and insights gained from multiple disciplines to provide an evidence-informed, safe, and non-judgmental counselling process. My work focuses particularly on relationship dynamics, family and couples issues, career challenges, workplace bullying, work-related stress, and decision-making processes.

If you are considering psychotherapy but do not know where to start, a free initial consultation is the perfect first step. It will allow you to explore your options, ask questions, and feel more confident about taking the first step towards your well-being.

It is a 30-minute, completely free meeting with a Mental Health specialist that does not obligate you to anything.

What are the benefits of a free consultation?

Who is a free consultation suitable for?

Important:

Potential benefits of a free initial consultation

During this first session: potential clients have the chance to learn more about you and your approach before agreeing to work together.

Offering a free consultation will help you build trust with the client. It shows them that you want to give them a chance to make sure you are the right person to help them before they move forward. Additionally, you should also be confident that you can support your clients and that the client has problems that you can help them cope with. Also, you can avoid any ethical difficult situations about charging a client for a session in which you choose not to proceed based on fit.

We've found that people are more likely to proceed with therapy after a free consultation, as it lowers the barrier to starting the process. Many people starting therapy are apprehensive about the unknown, even if they've had sessions before. Our culture associates a "risk-free" mindset with free offers, helping people feel more comfortable during the initial conversation with a specialist.

Another key advantage for Specialist

Specialists offering free initial consultations will be featured prominently in our upcoming advertising campaign, giving you greater visibility.

It's important to note that the initial consultation differs from a typical therapy session:
