I am Shivali with a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and experience working with individuals across a range of emotional and psychological concerns.My therapeutic approach is compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based. I have received professional training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), Suicide Prevention, and Crisis Intervention. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental, and empathetic space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to work towards meaningful change.

 

I support individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, low mood, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, and emotional distress. My goal is to help clients develop practical coping strategies, build resilience, and enhance their overall psychological well-being. I tailor my approach to each individual's unique needs, drawing upon evidence-based techniques while fostering a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust and empathy.
