Praveen Ravi, Founder and Psychologist at Revathy Mind Care, is dedicated to promoting mental well-being, emotional resilience, and personal growth among students and individuals. I have six years of professional experience as a Psychological Counsellor/Psychologist and have actively contributed to mental health awareness, emotional support initiatives, and wellness programs.

 

My areas of specialization include student mental health, stress and anxiety management, emotional support, suicide prevention awareness, substance-use awareness, adolescent psychology, and behavioral guidance. I have completed additional training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Positive Psychology, Child and Adolescent Psychology, and Stress Management.

 

I believe in creating a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment where individuals feel heard, understood, and supported. My approach focuses on understanding each person’s unique challenges, strengthening coping skills, improving emotional well-being, and guiding individuals toward positive and meaningful change. Through counselling practice and mental health initiatives, I aim to foster healthier and stronger communities.
