Danielle holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and has experience supporting both youth and adults. She is committed to creating a safe, compassionate, and collaborative space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported.

 

Danielle’s approach is trauma-informed and grounded in the belief that meaningful change occurs through strong therapeutic relationships and individualized care. She integrates techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients develop practical skills, foster self-understanding, and move toward their goals.

 

Passionate about creativity and self-expression, Danielle enjoys incorporating art-based approaches into therapy when appropriate. She believes that artistic expression can provide unique opportunities for insight, emotional processing, and healing, helping clients explore their experiences in new and meaningful ways.
