I draw upon Somatic Integrative Practice to formulate treatment plans that are tailored for the individual needs of each person. I provide counselling with an attachment lens using Deep Brain Reorienting, EMDR, Ego State Therapy, Family Therapy as well as psychoeducation using CBT and DBT to assist in recovery from experiences in life.i am an Accredited EMDR practitioner and have been in private practice since 2016. Prior to 2016 I work in various different roles and most specifically in the safety and wellbeing of children and families, and Family and Domestic Violence.
