Psicóloga formada pela Universidade Católica de Brasília desde 2013, com especializações em Psicologia Escolar e Inclusão, Psicopedagogia e Gestão e Orientação Escolar. Possuo experiência em saúde mental no ensino superior, inclusão educacional, suporte institucional e atuação multiprofissional junto a pessoas com deficiência intelectual e múltipla.

 

Atuo oferecendo um acompanhamento individualizado e acolhedor para estudantes, pais, cuidadores e educadores, auxiliando no enfrentamento de desafios emocionais, escolares e no desenvolvimento de estratégias que favoreçam o bem-estar e a aprendizagem.

* Orientação a pais e cuidadores;

* Acompanhamento de estudantes em questões como ansiedade escolar, estresse acadêmico, dificuldades emocionais, habilidades sociais, bullying e orientação profissional/vocacional;

* Desenvolvimento de intervenções e estratégias psicopedagógicas voltadas às dificuldades de aprendizagem e à construção de métodos de estudo mais eficazes;

* Mediação família-escola, promovendo uma comunicação mais assertiva e colaborativa em defesa das necessidades educacionais do estudante;

* Apoio a professores e instituições na compreensão e manejo de demandas emocionais e educacionais.

 

Também realizo atendimento clínico para adolescentes e adultos, com abordagem fundamentada na Terapia Cognitivo-Comportamental (TCC), atuando em demandas relacionadas à ansiedade, autoestima, esgotamento emocional, regulação emocional, autoconhecimento e qualidade de vida.

 

Meu trabalho busca integrar acolhimento, escuta qualificada e estratégias práticas, respeitando a singularidade de cada pessoa e promovendo desenvolvimento emocional, autonomia e fortalecimento pessoal.
