Psychologist and Therapist

(MA)

I work with expats, first-generation high-achievers, and people of colour navigating life in Europe — helping them make sense of the exhaustion, the identity questions, and the quiet feeling that something needs to change.

If you've been carrying a lot — the pressure to perform, the loneliness of starting over somewhere new, the sense that you're functioning fine on the outside while something quietly falls apart inside — this is a space built for exactly that.

I work with people who are often first-time therapy seekers. People who've spent years being the capable one, the one who figures it out, the one who doesn't really need help. Until they do.

Sessions with me are honest, warm, and practical. I won't feed you a list of affirmations. I will ask the questions that cut through the noise, sit with you in the hard stuff, and help you leave each session with something real to work with — whether that's a new perspective, a concrete tool, or simply feeling less alone in it.

My approach is integrative, which means I don't use a one-size-fits-all method. I draw on psychodynamic depth to understand the patterns that keep showing up, CBT tools when you need something actionable, and DBT and ACT frameworks when emotions feel too big or life feels too uncertain.

Some sessions go deep. Some are practical. Some — genuinely — leave you laughing at the end. Most are a mix of all three.

I'm warm, and I'll hold space for the difficult stuff. I'll also be direct with you when I think it serves you. Therapy with me is collaborative, not passive.

I offer online sessions in English. Sliding scale available.

If you are considering psychotherapy but do not know where to start, a free initial consultation is the perfect first step. It will allow you to explore your options, ask questions, and feel more confident about taking the first step towards your well-being.

It is a 30-minute, completely free meeting with a Mental Health specialist that does not obligate you to anything.

What are the benefits of a free consultation?

Who is a free consultation suitable for?

Important:

Potential benefits of a free initial consultation

During this first session: potential clients have the chance to learn more about you and your approach before agreeing to work together.

Offering a free consultation will help you build trust with the client. It shows them that you want to give them a chance to make sure you are the right person to help them before they move forward. Additionally, you should also be confident that you can support your clients and that the client has problems that you can help them cope with. Also, you can avoid any ethical difficult situations about charging a client for a session in which you choose not to proceed based on fit.

We've found that people are more likely to proceed with therapy after a free consultation, as it lowers the barrier to starting the process. Many people starting therapy are apprehensive about the unknown, even if they've had sessions before. Our culture associates a "risk-free" mindset with free offers, helping people feel more comfortable during the initial conversation with a specialist.

Another key advantage for Specialist

Specialists offering free initial consultations will be featured prominently in our upcoming advertising campaign, giving you greater visibility.

It's important to note that the initial consultation differs from a typical therapy session:
