Compassionate and dedicated mental health professional with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. Completed internship training at Aster CMI Hospital, Bangalore, gaining exposure to diverse emotional and psychological concerns in clinical settings.

 

Currently working as a School Counsellor in Bangalore, supporting students’ emotional well-being, behavioural concerns, and personal development through a safe and empathetic approach.

 

Alongside professional practice, I also run an Instagram mental health platform, AsraListens, focused on supporting couples and parents through emotional awareness, relationship guidance, and psychoeducational content.

 

My therapeutic approach is primarily based on Person-Centered Therapy, emphasizing empathy, unconditional positive regard, and creating a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals feel heard, understood, and empowered in their personal growth journey.
