Cognitive-Behavioral Therapist, Psychoanalyst and Psychologist

Cognitive-Behavioral Therapist, Psychoanalyst and Psychologist
My therapeutic approach is integrative, compassionate, and growth-oriented, drawing from modalities such as art therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, positive psychology, psychoanalytic understanding, and humanistic person-centered therapy. I believe every individual carries a unique story, emotional depth, and inner potential that deserves to be understood without judgment. My work focuses on creating a safe and empathetic space where clients can explore their emotions, develop self-awareness, and build healthier ways of coping with life’s challenges. Alongside emotional healing, I aim to help individuals rediscover hope, resilience, meaning, and a stronger sense of self. I am also deeply interested in career counselling, guiding people toward choices that align with their strengths, aspirations, and personal values. In particular, I aspire to work with children in the area of socio-emotional learning, helping them develop emotional intelligence, self-expression, empathy, confidence, and healthy interpersonal skills from an early stage of life.
