Psychologist
I’m a psychologist with a background in cognitive science (MSc, University of Amsterdam), offering online therapy for adults navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, and relational difficulties. I work with people who often appear functional on the outside but feel internally overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, and who are looking for a space to understand themselves more clearly.
My approach is integrative and informed by humanistic and depth-oriented psychology, including psychodynamic and Jungian-informed perspectives, alongside evidence-based frameworks such as ACT and mindfulness-based approaches. This means we don’t only focus on managing symptoms, but also on exploring the underlying patterns that shape how you think, feel, and relate to others.
In sessions, we slow down what is often happening automatically. We look at emotional responses, recurring thoughts, and relational dynamics with clarity, so they can be understood rather than simply repeated. At the same time, we work with practical tools that support emotional regulation, decision-making, and psychological flexibility.
The process is collaborative and structured, but not rigid. I guide the work while respecting your pace and your way of making sense of things. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting. Part of the work is precisely creating that clarity together.
I work with clients internationally in English and Spanish, including expats and individuals navigating different cultural contexts. I offer flexible fees to help make the process sustainable and accessible over time.
