Counseling Psychologist

Counseling Psychologist
I am a registered psychologist with nearly a decade of experience supporting adults and couples through a wide range of psychological and emotional challenges in public sector and private sector mental health.
I specialise in working with individuals who may appear high-functioning on the outside but experience internal struggles such as anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, or unresolved trauma.
My approach is integrative and evidence-based, drawing from CBT, DBT, ACT, Schema Therapy, Attachment Styles, Systems Theory and Trauma-Informed Frameworks. I focus on helping clients develop emotional clarity, improve self-regulation, and build healthier, more stable relationships—with themselves and others.
I also work with couples navigating communication breakdowns, conflict cycles, and deeper relational patterns, helping them move toward more secure and constructive ways of relating.
My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I aim to create a space where clients feel understood, but also gently challenged to grow.
I offer online sessions for adults and couples and welcome clients from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds, including expats and individuals in high-pressure environments.
