I work with women who feel overwhelmed, struggle with anxiety, or feel stuck in their relationships.
My focus is to help you make sense of your emotional world, nervous system and deeper needs so you can navigate life with clarity, connection, and trust. My approach is trauma-informed, relational, while also incorporating practical tools from CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns.
This work is about coming back to yourself. If you're ready to explore the parts of you that feel tangled, stuck, or unseen, I’m here to offer a grounded and compassionate space to begin. Healing can be messy, layered, and deeply personal but you don’t have to do it alone.
