Art Therapist, Counseling Psychologist, Life Coach and Marriage & Family Therapist Intern
I am a dedicated and empathetic psychologist with a strong academic foundation in MSc Psychology and a growing body of experience in mental health awareness, counseling, and research. My work focuses on understanding human behavior through a biopsychosocial lens, with particular interest in adolescent mental health, emotional regulation, interpersonal relationships, and psychosocial development.
I have actively designed and conducted mental health awareness programs on critical topics such as stress management, substance use, internet addiction, bullying, and child safety, aiming to create safe, engaging, and educational spaces for young individuals. My approach integrates evidence-based psychological principles with culturally sensitive practices, ensuring that interventions are both effective and relatable.
In addition to my practical work, I am involved in research exploring areas such as multilingualism, self-efficacy, social support, and cognitive processes, reflecting my commitment to contributing to the evolving field of psychology. I strive to foster a supportive and non-judgmental environment where individuals feel heard, valued, and empowered to navigate their personal challenges.
My goal as a psychologist is to promote mental well-being, resilience, and self-awareness, helping individuals lead more balanced and meaningful lives.
