I am a qualified and experienced psychologist with over 12 years of professional experience in counselling, clinical practice, and mental health services. I hold a Ph.D. in Psychology from Amity University and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Pune, supported by advanced diplomas in Child and Adolescent Psychology, Psychotherapy, Community Mental Health, and Hypnotherapy.

 

My core areas of specialization include anxiety, depression, behavioural concerns, parenting challenges, and adolescent mental health. I am trained in evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Play Therapy, enabling structured, outcome-oriented interventions.

 

Currently, I serve as a School Counsellor and Clinical Psychologist while also managing a private practice. My therapeutic approach is client-centered, ethical, and evidence-based, with a strong emphasis on assessment, individualized treatment planning, and measurable outcomes. I have been recognized with awards such as the Pillar of Maharashtra Award and Pride in the Profession Award for my contributions to mental health.
