As a research officer I was also responsible for implementation of the project in nine states : Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Punjab, Haryana ,Uttrakhand, Jammu and Kashmir, Chandigarh, Rajasthan and Himachal Pradesh. We as a team have to coordinate with various partners, stakeholders at the state level and responsible for successful execution of the project that is meant for capacity building . Managing and conduction of training of doctors and nurses .
