Counselor, Life Coach, Marriage & Family Therapist Intern and Social Worker
I am Counselor and Mental Health Professional with a Master’s degree in Psychology and hands-on experience in clinical, community, and leadership settings. My work focuses on supporting emotional well-being, personal growth, and resilience through compassionate, trauma-informed approaches.
I have completed a clinical internship where I gained practical exposure to psychological assessment, counseling processes, and ethical mental health practices. Alongside this, I bring over three years + of volunteering experience with NGOs, working closely with diverse and vulnerable populations to support mental health awareness, outreach, and intervention at the community level.
I served as an executive leadership role Vice President (6 months) within an NGO, where I contribute to strategic planning, program development, team coordination, and organizational growth. This role had strengthened my skills in leadership, decision-making, and translating mental health knowledge into impactful social initiatives.
As a Life Coach , I work holistically—helping individuals navigate stress, trauma, emotional challenges, and life transitions with clarity and purpose. My approach is client-centered, empathetic, and grounded in psychological understanding while encouraging practical action and self-awareness.
And as a Tarot Reader and Chakra practitioner, I use coaching frameworks alongside intuitive and mind-body practices to help individuals gain clarity, process emotional challenges, align with their inner strengths, and navigate life transitions with confidence. These practices are offered as supportive, non-clinical tools for insight, reflection, and personal empowerment.
I am passionate about mental health advocacy, education, and creating safe spaces where individuals can heal, grow, and reconnect with their strengths.
Currently working as a volunteer in a Rehabilation Centre. Ongoing interaction with clients having mental health issues like schizophrenia (mostly paranoid types) , learning disability, substance abuse, etc.
Open to opportunities, collaborations, and meaningful conversations in mental health, social impact, coaching, and leadership.
