My name is Egor Ilyin, and I am a psychologist.

I offer online consultations via video or audio.

I also provide in-person sessions in Vitebsk and Minsk.

You can message me and book a consultation in the morning, afternoon, or late evening.

I am available online daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM (Moscow time).

 

People usually come to me during periods when there is already too much tension inside: anxiety does not let go, energy is running low, relationships feel stuck, and the usual ways of coping no longer help.

 

From the outside, everything may seem fine, but inside there may be exhaustion, irritability, self-doubt, a sense of being stuck, or loneliness.

 

I help people better understand what is happening to them, identify the roots of recurring emotional and life patterns, and gradually build a stronger and more stable sense of inner support.

 

In my work, respect, structure, and safety are very important. I do not judge, shame, or pressure people. What matters to me is that with me, you can speak honestly even about the things that are usually hard to talk about: anxiety, vulnerability, shame, anger, fear of intimacy, inner emptiness, or the feeling that you are no longer coping.

During the first session, we look at your request together:

 

What is happening right now?

How long has this been going on?

What have you already tried, and what concerns you the most?

What result are you hoping for?

 

After that, it becomes clearer where to begin and whether this format of work is the right fit for you.

 

For me, it is important that therapy is not just a conversation about everything and nothing, but a space where greater understanding, awareness, and your own personal choice can gradually emerge.
