Clinical Psychologist, Counselor, Psychologist and Psychotherapist

Clinical Psychologist, Counselor, Psychologist and Psychotherapist
I am a native Spanish-speaking psychologist and psychotherapist with extensive experience providing psychotherapy to adults, adolescents, and children. I support clients facing grief, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, emotional dependence, identity struggles, and major life transitions, and I am also able to work with clients in English.
My clinical work is grounded primarily in psychoanalytic psychotherapy, with a focus on the deeper emotional and relational patterns that shape psychological suffering. I aim to offer a thoughtful, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their inner world with depth and honesty.
I hold a degree in Psychology from Peru and continue to expand my professional training. I am currently pursuing further specialization in Behavioral Activation and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which allows me to complement depth-oriented work with practical, evidence-based interventions when appropriate.
My areas of interest include grief, relational conflict, self-esteem, loneliness, emotional pain, and cross-cultural or migration-related experiences.
