Clinical Psychologist, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapist, Psychologist and Psychotherapist
I work with people who are tired of feeling lost inside — but who still believe there is a truer, more authentic version of themselves waiting to be found.
If you feel like you're living on autopilot, disconnected from yourself, and carrying a weight you can't quite name, I can help you find meaning, presence, and direction in your life.
I work with people who are trying to find their place in the world while, at the same time, trying to find themselves within it.
My personal and academic journey has always revolved around one central question: what allows a person to feel that they truly belong — to feel free, and capable of building their own life, even in the face of fear, insecurity, and the inevitable ruptures that come with being human.
I'm a psychologist and an educator. I've studied philosophy and phenomenology deeply, and I've spent years exploring human development across different life contexts. Along the way, I've learned to see people beyond their labels, their diagnoses, and the expectations the world places on them.
My training, my experiences, and the transformations I've lived through have taught me one enduring truth: no one arrives in this world ready-made. Each person has their own pace, their own pain, and their own way of existing.
I work with people who are exhausted from holding everything together. People who feel lost, who carry a tightness in their throat or a heaviness in their chest they can't explain. People who feel they've forgotten how to listen to themselves — and don't know where to begin again.
Therapy with me is a space where you can breathe again. Where you can truly hear yourself. And where you can begin to rebuild a more honest relationship with who you are.
