Jessy Conners, MA, LMFT is a licensed marriage and family therapist who sees individual adults and couples with a variety of mental health concerns. She works with relationship issues such as communication, conflict, infidelity, and parenting, and has a particular interest in LGBTQ+ couples and those in which one or both partners have ADHD. She also works with individuals and couples experiencing perinatal mood disorders, infertility, miscarriage, and stillbirth.

 

Jessy brings a relational, strengths-based perspective to therapy and believes healthy relationships are central to our individual sense of wellbeing. Her integrative approach is warm, straightforward, and non-judgmental. She challenges clients with honesty and humor, partnering with them to build on their strengths and move toward healing and change.

 

Jessy is an Approved Supervisor with the MN Board of Marriage and Family Therapy, the Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy and the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy. In addition to her therapy work, she provides clinical supervision for graduate interns and pre-licensed therapists at our clinic.
