Cognitive-Behavioral Therapist, Counseling Psychologist, Psychologist and Psychotherapist

Cognitive-Behavioral Therapist, Counseling Psychologist, Psychologist and Psychotherapist
I’m a trauma-informed psychologist who holds space for healing that honours the complexity and wholeness of who you are. Together, we gently explore what has shaped your experiences while making room for the parts of you that are ready to grow and move forward. I approach therapy as a collaborative process. I see both the therapist and the client as partners in understanding the client’s inner world, where your lived experience and insight are as important as my professional training. My work is grounded in evidence-based and trauma-informed practice. I draw from approaches such as Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Somatic techniques, Transactional Analysis (TA), and broader trauma-focused frameworks. My experience includes supervised private practice, contractual roles, and clinical training across psychiatric hospitals and specialised mental health settings, totalling over 250+ hours. This information is shared to help you make a fully informed decision about beginning therapy. If you have questions about the process or would like to enquire about sliding-scale sessions (reduced pricing for students), you are welcome to reach out at: [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected])
