With over 15 years of professional experience in psychological counseling, trauma-informed care, and mental health program management. She holds a double Master’s degree in Social Sciences in Psychology and Gender Studies, and an Advanced Diploma in Professional Clinical Psychology. She is also a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist (Individual) and has completed specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Gestalt Therapy, Hypnotherapy, Mindfulness, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Intelligence, and Addiction Treatment Clinical Skills for Healthcare Providers.

Throughout her career, she has worked across diverse professional settings including hospitals, national and international NGOs, humanitarian organizations, and academic institutions. Her experience includes providing psychological assessment, individual and group psychotherapy, trauma counseling, and psychosocial support for individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. She has also contributed to major mental health and protection programs focusing on gender-based violence (GBV), refugee psychosocial support, youth empowerment, reproductive health, and prevention of sexual exploitation and abuse.

My therapeutic approach is client-centered, empathetic, and evidence-based, integrating different psychological modalities to meet the unique needs of each individual. She aims to provide a safe, confidential, and supportive environment where clients can explore their challenges, develop coping strategies, and work toward emotional healing, resilience, and personal growth.
