I am Geetha Priya is a Psychologist and Founder of Flourish Counselling Centre, Chennai, registered under MSME. I hold a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Psychology and Life Membership of the Tamil Nadu Psychological Association and Counsellors Council of India. I am also a member of the Mental Health Task Force at the NGO Doctors for a Cause, where I am actively participates in mental health awareness and community programmes.

 

My areas of specialisation include stress and anxiety management, emotional well-being, self-esteem building, procrastination, relationship concerns, academic and career-related challenges, and personal growth. I also conduct mental health workshops and training programmes for students, teachers, and working professionals.

 

I follow an empathetic, non-judgmental, and evidence-based approach to therapy. I integrate techniques from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), counselling skills, and psychoeducation to help clients understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where individuals feel heard, empowered, and guided toward meaningful and practical change.
