Art Therapist and Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Art Therapist and Licensed Mental Health Counselor
I am a Licensed Professional Art Therapist (LPAT) and Board-Certified Art Therapist (ATR-BC) specializing in supporting women who have experienced trauma, including sexual abuse and harassment. My work is grounded in art therapy as a primary modality, integrating somatic awareness, nervous system regulation, and nature-based approaches to support deep, sustainable healing.
Through telehealth, I offer a creative and embodied therapeutic space where clients can explore their inner world using visual expression, symbolism, guided art processes, and reflective dialogue. Art therapy allows us to access experiences that may feel difficult to put into words, creating pathways for clarity, empowerment, and reconnection with one’s sense of self. Sessions are adapted thoughtfully for virtual work, with simple, accessible materials and structured yet flexible prompts that meet clients where they are.
My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in the belief that healing is not about fixing what is broken, but reclaiming what has always been there. I value playfulness, gentleness, and permission to move at your own pace. Together, we work to reduce shame, strengthen boundaries, restore trust in the body, and cultivate a deeper sense of calm and self-worth.
Whether you are new to therapy or returning to it, I aim to create a grounded, creative, and supportive space where you can reconnect with your voice and move toward greater clarity and peace.
