I specialize in helping men 45 and older — particularly in California — who feel stuck, burned out, or disconnected. Many of the men I work with are successful on the outside but overwhelmed inside by stress, life transitions, or relationship challenges.

 

Therapy with me is practical, goal-oriented, and collaborative. We focus on understanding patterns, strengthening emotional regulation, and developing strategies that work in real life. Clients often experience greater clarity, improved relationships, better emotional balance, and renewed confidence in their choices.

 

I provide teletherapy and am licensed in California, Michigan, and Alaska. I primarily work with self-pay clients and offer a free 15 minute consultation to determine if we’re a good fit.
