About Me
Taking the first step toward counseling can feel overwhelming, and I appreciate you being here. You don’t need to have everything figured out—this space is for you to be heard, understood, and supported with care and respect.
I am a Counsellor and Mental Health Specialist with professional experience in supporting children, adolescents, and adults. I currently work with the Ministry of Education, focusing on mental well-being through individual counseling, preventive mental health programs, and community-based interventions.
My academic background is in Psychology and Counseling, including professional training from the Government Institutes. I work with concerns such as stress, anxiety, emotional regulation, academic and career pressure, mobile phone addiction, self-esteem issues, and adjustment difficulties.
I specialize in Counselling Psychology, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused techniques, and other evidence-based approaches.
Islamic Counseling is available on request, where therapeutic work can be integrated with Islamic values, spiritual reflection, and ethical guidance, based on the client’s comfort and preference.
My therapeutic approach is empathetic, collaborative, and non-judgmental. I aim to create a safe, confidential, and respectful space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions, build healthy coping strategies, and move toward personal growth.
I am committed to helping individuals develop emotional resilience, inner clarity, and balanced well-being, supporting both psychological healing and meaningful life change at a pace that feels right for them.
