I am an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with over 7+ years of experience in corporate environments and 650+ hours of one-on-one coaching with professionals across leadership, career development, communication, and personal wellbeing. I work primarily with working professionals, emerging leaders, and individuals navigating life and career transitions who are seeking clarity, confidence, balance, and sustainable growth.

 

My areas of specialization include career guidance and transitions, workplace and business challenges, communication and interpersonal skills, decision-making, stress and burnout management, self-esteem, relationship dynamics, and mindfulness-based wellbeing practices. I also support clients during midlife transitions and periods of change, helping them build resilience, self-awareness, and practical action plans aligned with their values.

 

My approach is non-clinical, coaching-focused, and strengths-based, grounded in Positive Psychology, Solution-Focused Coaching, mindfulness and contemplative practices, narrative coaching, and motivational interviewing techniques. I partner with clients in a reflective and goal-oriented manner, creating a safe and culturally sensitive space for insight, growth, and forward movement.

 

I do not provide therapy, diagnosis, or mental health treatment. My work focuses on coaching for awareness, performance, wellbeing, and life effectiveness, supporting clients to access their inner resources, make empowered choices, and design meaningful personal and professional outcomes.
