I am a psychologist from Bulgaria with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Positive Psychology. I work with individuals who want to improve their emotional well-being, self-esteem, stress management, coping skills, and relationships.

 

My approach is client-centered, inclusive, and integrative, combining evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral techniques, Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), Positive Psychology, Solution-Focused strategies, and Mindfulness practices. I create a supportive, empathetic, and safe environment for all clients, including LGBTQ+ individuals and transgender clients, where they can explore their thoughts, emotions, and goals.

 

I specialize in helping clients navigate life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, and personal growth. I also incorporate psychoeducation and practical tools to empower clients to make meaningful changes in their lives.

Also, you can avoid any ethical difficult situations about charging a client for a session in which you choose not to proceed based on fit.
