Counselor, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Psychotherapist and Therapist
I am a highly skilled Counsellor, Psychotherapist, and Educational Support Specialist based in St. Gallen, Switzerland. With a career spanning international school settings, clinical practice, and educational leadership, I am dedicated to providing holistic, evidence-based care that supports the wellbeing and development of students and individuals alike.
Educational Background & Specializations
My therapeutic and educational approach is grounded in a strong academic foundation:
M.Sc. in Psychology from Liverpool John Moores University.
Master of Education from the University of Essex.
B.A. (Hons) in Counselling & Psychotherapy from the Irish College of Humanities and Applied Sciences.
Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling & School Guidance (In Progress) at Eastbridge University.
I specialize in neurodivergence and learning difficulties assessment, social and emotional learning (SEL), and academic and pastoral support. My clinical interests include managing anxiety, depression, and stress, as well as building self-esteem and confidence in my clients.
Professional Experience
My diverse experience allows me to support clients across various age ranges and profiles:
Educational Support: At Institut auf dem Rosenberg, I provide individualized academic support, administer standardized testing for neurodivergence, and deliver neurofeedback sessions to enhance focus and cognitive performance.
Clinical Practice: As a Psychotherapist at Evolve Mental Health, I provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy, supporting clients through a wide range of psychological and relationship difficulties.
School Counselling: I have served as a Whole School Social & Emotional Counsellor, where I developed school-wide wellbeing policies and delivered CBT and solution-focused interventions.
I believe in building strong, collaborative therapeutic relationships. My approach is inclusive and person-centered, often integrating creative outlets—such as yoga, mindfulness, and movement—to foster emotional regulation and self-awareness. Whether working within a multidisciplinary school team or in private practice, I am committed to delivering tailored support plans that empower individuals to reach their full potential
