With over twenty-five years of experience in the social work field and fourteen years as a Mental Health Therapist, Grace brings extensive expertise and compassion to her therapeutic practice. She has worked with children, youth, and adults of all ages, supporting individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, and intergenerational trauma.

 

Passionate about helping individuals recognize their inner resilience and strengths, Grace is dedicated to fostering personal growth, healing, and positive change. She provides a safe, caring, and non-judgmental space for individuals and families to recover from trauma and toxic stress.

 

Known for her gentle and empathetic approach, Grace focuses on the impact of toxic stress and attachment wounds on the developing brain. She is certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and is skilled in Narrative-Based and Trauma-Informed therapeutic approaches.

Additionally, you should also be confident that you can support your clients and that the client has problems that you can help them cope with. Also, you can avoid any ethical difficult situations about charging a client for a session in which you choose not to proceed based on fit.
