I am a Licensed & Registered Counsellor (KB; PA) with the Board of Counsellors Malaysia and a Graduate-Basis Chartered Member of the British Psychological Society (GMBPsS).

 

With a Master of Professional Counselling from Monash University and an MSc in Psychology from the University of Essex, I specialize in creating a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their challenges. My therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, focusing on crisis intervention, resilience building, and empowering individuals to develop practical coping strategies.

 

My Background & Approach: Uniquely, I also hold a background in the creative arts as a former Audio Engineer and Voice Talent.
