Leaned heavily towards behavioural change through deep fundamental understanding shifts to bring about progress. Worked in NY with Veterans transitioning back to regular life post service and in an Outpatient Addiction clinic in NYC, focused both on Individual and Group work to support recovery. Following that moved abroad and worked as a therapist for non combat soldiers in service. Currently offering services not under my LMSW because that is restricted legally but rather as a counselor/coach.

Additionally, you should also be confident that you can support your clients and that the client has problems that you can help them cope with. Also, you can avoid any ethical difficult situations about charging a client for a session in which you choose not to proceed based on fit.
