Clinical Psychologist

Clinical Psychologist
I am a Clinical Psychologist with a systemic and integrative approach, specialized in emotional regulation, family dynamics, sustainable learning processes, and support for individuals with special educational needs. My clinical work focuses on anxiety, self-sabotage, emotional blocks, attachment and family conflict, offering practical strategies designed for real-world change and long-term growth.
I have complementary training in specialized criminology and I am currently completing a Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology, which strengthens my ability to understand behavioral patterns, risk assessment, trauma, and decision-making within legal, criminal and social contexts.
My approach integrates evidence-based methods including Systemic Therapy, CBT tools, attachment-based intervention, emotional processing, and experiential techniques. Clients describe my style as warm, grounding, collaborative and clear. I believe therapy should feel safe, structured, and transformative—not just reflective, but applicable to daily life.
My goal is to help individuals, families and adolescents build emotional awareness, resilience, healthier relationships, and sustainable personal development.
