A Post-Graduate Diploma holder in Counselling Psychology & Clinical Skills, she has been trained across 102 intensive sessions covering Depression, Anxiety & Stress Management, Relationship & Family Therapy, Career and Workplace Counselling, Grief Recovery, Addiction Management, and multiple evidence-based therapeutic approaches including CBT, REBT, Gestalt and Client-Centered Therapy.
Her background in Child Psychology, Pedagogy, and Life Skills Training—built through years of work with leading educational institutions such as Goyal Brothers Prakashan, S. Chand Group, and LEAD School—enables her to support both children and adults with empathy and structure.
