I have independent practice as Psychologist, covering a wide array of mental health disorders, like Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Eating disorders, Phobias, Relationship and Family counseling. Trained in NLP, CBT, Behavior therapy, Solution Focused Behavior Therapy, Suicide Risk Management.

 

I have delivered sessions on stress, coping, life skills for students of different age groups. Associated with schools and colleges for imparting life skills training on both offline and online platforms to audience of different age groups.

 

At present, I am associated with a leading University as guest Prof. A prestigious ( NAAC-A accredited University, located in Dehradun-Uttarakhand. I have completed Doctorate in Clinical Psychology; received scholarship for consecutively for two years for the same.
