Counselor, Life Coach and Psychotherapist

Andrea

Counselor, Life Coach and Psychotherapist

I help individuals move through overwhelm, change, and self-doubt — by slowing down, tuning in, and building lasting inner clarity through awareness and embodiment.

I'm a bilingual (German/English) integrative psychotherapist (MPF) and coach, supporting those who want to break free from old patterns, reconnect with themselves, and live with more authenticity and ease.

Whether you're navigating a life transition, feeling emotionally drained, or longing for more depth and clarity in your relationships, I offer a grounded, compassionate space for honest exploration and sustainable change.

Before this path, I spent over a decade as a high school teacher — an experience that shaped my understanding of human development, relational dynamics, and the inner shifts we face across life stages.

Today, I integrate evidence-based tools with somatic, trauma-informed, and mindfulness-based approaches to support the whole of you: body, mind, and heart.

This is not quick-fix coaching. It's slow, steady, and real.

My approach is rooted in clarity, connection, and integration. I draw from psychotherapy, somatic practice, and coaching - and always shape the work to align with you. This isn’t a fixed method. It’s a relational process, grounded in presence and precision. Whether you want to feel more grounded, grow spiritually, strengthen your relationships, or thrive professionally - our work begins with what’s actually yours.

My practice is rooted in the belief that awareness and embodiment are gateways to real transformation.

As an integrative psychotherapist, I draw on systemic insight, body-oriented methods, and mindfulness-based tools — always through a trauma-sensitive and relational lens. Our work is collaborative, respectful of your pace, and tailored to what you need most.

Depending on your focus, our sessions may include:

- Systemic Coaching & Therapy — Understanding your patterns in context and exploring new possibilities for connection and change

- Somatic & Body-Oriented Work — Using embodied awareness to support emotional integration and release

- Mindfulness & Trauma-Sensitive Practices — Helping regulate your nervous system and reconnect with the present moment

This is a space to meet what feels hard, tend to what’s been hidden, and move toward clarity, agency, and more authentic relationships — starting with the one you have with yourself.

If you are considering psychotherapy but do not know where to start, a free initial consultation is the perfect first step. It will allow you to explore your options, ask questions, and feel more confident about taking the first step towards your well-being.

It is a 30-minute, completely free meeting with a Mental Health specialist that does not obligate you to anything.

What are the benefits of a free consultation?

Who is a free consultation suitable for?

Important:

Potential benefits of a free initial consultation

During this first session: potential clients have the chance to learn more about you and your approach before agreeing to work together.

Offering a free consultation will help you build trust with the client. It shows them that you want to give them a chance to make sure you are the right person to help them before they move forward. Additionally, you should also be confident that you can support your clients and that the client has problems that you can help them cope with. Also, you can avoid any ethical difficult situations about charging a client for a session in which you choose not to proceed based on fit.

We've found that people are more likely to proceed with therapy after a free consultation, as it lowers the barrier to starting the process. Many people starting therapy are apprehensive about the unknown, even if they've had sessions before. Our culture associates a "risk-free" mindset with free offers, helping people feel more comfortable during the initial conversation with a specialist.

Another key advantage for Specialist

Specialists offering free initial consultations will be featured prominently in our upcoming advertising campaign, giving you greater visibility.

It's important to note that the initial consultation differs from a typical therapy session:
