I'm a bilingual (German/English) integrative psychotherapist (MPF) and coach, supporting those who want to break free from old patterns, reconnect with themselves, and live with more authenticity and ease.

Before this path, I spent over a decade as a high school teacher — an experience that shaped my understanding of human development, relational dynamics, and the inner shifts we face across life stages.
Today, I integrate evidence-based tools with somatic, trauma-informed, and mindfulness-based approaches to support the whole of you: body, mind, and heart.
This is not quick-fix coaching. It's slow, steady, and real.
My approach is rooted in clarity, connection, and integration. I draw from psychotherapy, somatic practice, and coaching - and always shape the work to align with you. This isn’t a fixed method. It’s a relational process, grounded in presence and precision. As an integrative psychotherapist, I draw on systemic insight, body-oriented methods, and mindfulness-based tools — always through a trauma-sensitive and relational lens. Our work is collaborative, respectful of your pace, and tailored to what you need most.
