Hi, I’m Mylaysia Greenwood, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with Find Your Balance Center for Growth & Change. I work with adults, teens, and families navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions. Life can feel overwhelming, and it’s easy to feel disconnected or unsure of how to move forward. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you feel heard, empowered, and more connected to yourself and others as you work toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your emotions, build self-awareness, and develop practical tools for growth. My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and culturally responsive, supporting your unique experiences and goals.
