Clinical Psychologist, Psychologist and Psychotherapist
My journey into psychology began with curiosity, a wish to understand why people feel and act the way they do, and how our experiences shape who we become. Over time, working in diverse clinical settings has given me a broader understanding of human resilience and pain. I have worked with individuals experiencing bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, depression, psychosis, anxiety, neurodevelopmental difficulties, and substance use issues, as well as university students navigating identity, belonging, and life transitions.
Through these experiences, I’ve come to connect most with clients who are curious about their own patterns, those who wish to understand themselves, their emotions, and the reasons behind their struggles. They may feel lost, disconnected, or uncertain, yet have a quiet willingness to grow and live in a way that aligns with their values.
In therapy, I believe in a collaborative, open, and empathetic approach. I see the therapeutic relationship as a partnership built on trust and understanding, a space to explore, reflect, and make sense of one’s experiences with curiosity and compassion. My goal is to help clients reconnect with themselves and develop a sense of meaning and authenticity in their lives.
