I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a background in post-secondary education and child development, who is able to see clients virtually all across Ontario! I specialize in supporting adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I hold Level 1 and Level 2 Gottman Method Couples Therapy certifications and integrate evidence-based approaches such as CBT and DBT with a warm, collaborative style. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can build insight, strengthen relationships, and foster lasting change.

Additionally, you should also be confident that you can support your clients and that the client has problems that you can help them cope with. Also, you can avoid any ethical difficult situations about charging a client for a session in which you choose not to proceed based on fit.
