I hold a B.A. (Hons) degree in Psychology from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura and an Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapy. I have also completed clinical training as a trainee psychotherapist in a government hospital, where I gained hands-on experience supporting individuals with a range of psychological and emotional difficulties.Along with that I have worked with Autism and Down syndrome Children. I have research work too. I am a member of American Psychological Association.

 

My areas of interest and specialization include counseling, psychotherapy, and mental health support, with a focus on helping individuals navigate stress, anxiety, depression, and personal challenges. I combine evidence-based therapeutic techniques with a compassionate, client-centered approach, aiming to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard and empowered.
