I am Amaya Sajith, a motivated and compassionate psychologist .I have completed M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology at Jain Deemed-to-be University, Bangalore. With hands-on internship experience at Inspiron Psychological Wellbeing Centre and Chethana Centre for Neuropsychiatric Rehabilitation, I have gained practical exposure to clinical assessments, case history taking, mental status examinations, and evidence-based interventions such as CBT, DBT, and MBSR. I have also worked with diverse psychiatric conditions, participated in art therapy, and observed multidisciplinary rehabilitation practices. Along with strong skills in communication, empathy, and ethical practice, I hold certifications in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and special education support. I am deeply committed to promoting mental health, resilience, and holistic well-being in individuals across varied populations.
