I am Mahnoor Sohail, a committed mental health professional with clinical experience as a Clinical Psychologist.During my experience, I worked closely with individuals facing anxiety, stress, trauma, and emotional adjustment issues. I hold certifications in CBTp-PRIMER and STRIDE Group Facilitation from MHTTC, along with specialized training in Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) in Emergencies from the World Health Organization. These credentials have equipped me to work effectively in both clinical and crisis settings using a CBT-informed, trauma-sensitive approach.

 

I am a member of leading international bodies, including the American Psychological Association (APA), the Australian and New Zealand Mental Health Association, and the International Society of Substance Use Professionals.
