I am a Counselling Psychologist and Life Coach with a Master’s degree in Psychology, specializing in emotional wellness, personal transformation, and holistic mental health. I support individuals navigating a wide spectrum of challenges, including complex emotional patterns, unresolved trauma, self-sabotaging behaviors, existential and identity concerns, interpersonal and family dynamics, grief and loss, career or creative stagnation, performance anxiety, chronic stress, and the pressures of modern life. Beyond one-on-one sessions, I create content and tools that make mental health accessible, helping a diverse community embrace resilience, emotional clarity, and meaningful personal growth. My goal is to empower clients to process emotions, transform limiting patterns, and create lasting change in both their personal and professional lives, integrating science, creativity, and compassionate guidance.
